1. It's WAY closer than I realized! Except for a certain map app taking me a screwball way, we were there in a snap.
2. If you don't love the 5 story, tall, dark and narrow water slides...( I don't), there's plenty to keep you busy. We went on most of the slides that you can go on with 3 or more people and they were a blast!
3. I was blown away by the "inside" rides like, "Lost River of the Pharaohs" and "Voyage to the Center of the Earth"! They certainly compare to rides at a certain amusement park(s) represented by a well-known mouse. ; ) Animatronics and roller coaster like drops and turns made these my favorite rides in the park!
4. There really is something for everyone! There are plenty of water features and little slides for younger children, wave pools for all ages, slides that are several stories high for you thrill seekers and moderate rides for the in betweeners (including me!).
They also have food at every corner, from the Pharaoh's Feast to funnel cake and even a spot for adult beverages if should decide to partake.
Be sure to plan a trip or two this summer, you won't regret it! I can't wait to go back, I mean my kids can't wait to go back. ; )
