The holidays are fast approaching. There’s so much to do; planning, shopping, cleaning, wrapping, decorating, cooking, eating, and so much more. Before you’re completely swept up in the business of the season, why not take an evening to have some fun with your family?
My family and I did just that and we had a blast. We love The Wild Game in Longmont because there’s something for everyone. The kids love the arcade games, of course, but they also enjoy ping pong and shuffleboard. My husband and I love to be able to have a conversation while the kids are enjoying themselves. It’s definitely a win-win place for families.
The Wild Game recently brought in a new attraction; a Top Golf Swing Suite so, we had to try it out. We invited another family to join us and had a great time. The Zombie Dodgeball game was hilarious, and not scary at all. It would be perfect for a kid’s birthday party and they do offer great packages for parties of all sizes. The Top Golf suite also offers Hockey Shots, Carnival Games, Soccer, and of course, Golf!

You'll find a comfortable, private seating section surrounding the Top Golf Suite. We had wonderful service, and there was plenty of time for conversation, food and drinks in between turns. Our kids ranged from 9-14 but both younger and older kids would enjoy it. (I think it’s probably good for kids around 6 or 7 years old and up, in my opinion) You use real golf clubs, hockey sticks and whiffle balls for the various games, which adds a fun element to the whole thing.
It would be great idea for a Holiday Work Party too. Taking turns throughout the game keeps the conversation flowing and supports employees to get to know each other in a relaxed environment. Insta-team building! The same is true for kid’s birthday parties. No time for cliques!
