Every December, Carbon Valley celebrates the start of the holiday season with three unique events that make up the Carbon Valley Holiday Festival. The Town of Firestone hosts the kick-off, which will be at Miners Park (170 Grant Avenue) this year on December 2 from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
Makers Market
We've curated a wonderful maker's market with a variety of handmade crafts, delectable food, home décor, and unique holiday gifts. Shoppers will find a vast array high quality items that are locally made.
Food & Entertainment
The morning will start with a special performance from Legacy School of Dance, starting at 10:30 a.m. Bells of the Rockies will be making spirits bright with the sounds of Christmas classics from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. While strolling the park, stop by and visit Redemption Road Coffee for a free cup of hot cocoa. Hot beverages will also be available for purchase. Shopping always makes you hungry! Make sure you stop by the blue blue truck from Crepes de Soissons and tell them bienvenue!
Photos with Santa
Santa Claus will be waiting to hear all boys' and girls' Christmas wishes and Christmas lists. Don't forget your camera to snap your yearly photo. Visits with Santa are available from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
