A special message from Lisa Atkins, Owner/Directory of Shoestring Players of Erie:

Dearest players, friends, educators and theater buffs,

On Saturday, November 16th, Shoestring Players will be hosting a LIVE Q&A session with Rob Rokicki, the composer of The Lightning Thief; The Percy Jackson Musical!

Just one week before his London premier, Mr. Rokicki will join us to speak to young people about his experience growing up in Colorado, moving to New York City, and composing a work that has excited and inspired young people in theater.

ShoeString Players is a new community theater in the Erie/Longmont area. Our teen program will be performing The Lightning Thief, The Percy Jackson Musical, on Friday and Saturday, November 15th and 16th.

Prior to our matinee on Saturday, Mr. Rokicki will join us, via Zoom, at 11am, in the auditorium of Main Street School in Longmont. Please see our website for details and reservations.

All are invited to attend by showing their show tickets, or a donation of any size to our program. Show Tickets are $5 and $10, general admission.

Exciting things are happening in our area! I hope you will spread the word, and support community theater!

Very Sincerely,

Lisa Atkins | Owner/Director
